Music Scholarship available

The North Kingstown Community Chorus will award a $2,000 music scholarship to a qualified college-bound senior who resides in North Kingstown, who is a Jamestown resident attending North Kingstown High School, or who is in the immediate family of a current Chorus member. The applicant can be attending a public or private high school. Applicant must be planning to pursue his/her further education in the music field. The application process is competitive. The deadline for the application is March 15, 2015.

To apply, please check with the Guidance Department of the area high schools or go to the Chorus’s website at www.nkchorus.org to download the application. Applications are also in the hands of the guidance counselors.
