NH Man Charged With DUI After Rollover
Police arrested a New Hampshire man after a rollover.
Police have charged a New Hampshire man with drunken driving charges after a crash in North Kingstown.
According to WPRI, law enforcement and emergency personnel arrived to the scene on Tower Hill Road around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday. Paul Lawler, 29 of Swanzey, NH had allegedly flipped his car and became stop between the driver and passenger side seats. After crews extricated him from the vehicle, he was transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Lawler's passenger allegedly told police the two were leaving the All-American Bar & Grille where they had been drinking. According to reports, Lawler told police he had "quite a bit to drink," but he was not the one driving the car at the time of the crash and that there were four people in the car at the time of the crash. His passenger told police she was the only other person in the car.
A witness told police he saw Lawler drive by him at a high rate of speed, estimating that Lawler was driving between 80 and 100 mph.

He is facing DUI charges and cited for refusing to take a chemical test. According to reports, this is Lawler's second charge of refusing to take a chemical test.
