NK Man Charged With Molesting 12-Year-Old Boy
Police arrested a 39-year-old man on charges of first and second degree child molestation.
North Kingstown police have charged a 39-year-old man with molesting a 12-year-old boy.
Ronald Sanford, 39, was arrested Jan. 18 and is facing two counts of first degree child molestation and one count of second degree child molestation. According to Detective Lt. Christopher Emerson of the , the incidents occurred over the course of 2010 at Sanford's residence in North Kingstown – listed as 6101 Post Rd., Lot 39A.
Police seized several computers from Sanford's residence following a search warrant.

Sanford was arraigned in Third District Court and held without bail.
