NK Man Indicted in Middletown Arson
A 26-year-old North Kingstown man was indicted on charges of arson connected to last year's fire at a Middletown store.

The Newport County Grand Jury has indicted a 28-year-old North Kingstown man, charging him with one count of first degree arson connected to the Jan. 5, 2011, fire at .
Stuart Moody allegedly , located at 872 West Main Road. He was an employee of Tuesday Morning.
The fire took nearly two hours for firefighters to knock down, drew fire departments from across Aquidneck Island for assistance and closed a total of three stores in the plaza—Tuesday Morning, and Cappucinos. Tuesday Morning sustained heavy fire, smoke and water damage and didn't reopen until May. Sedona reopened about a month after the fire.

Moody is scheduled to be arraigned in Newport County Superior Court on Feb. 2, 2012. He is currently out on $5,000 surety bail and home confinement.
