North Kingstown Man Wanted In CT On Larceny Charge Apprehended: Cops
The North Kingstown man was captured by the Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions Investigations Unit, police said.
NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A North Kingstown man wanted in Connecticut on a larceny charge was captured, police said.
Luis Benitez, 43, was arrested Wednesday by the Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions Investigations Unit, police said, the state police said in a media release.
"Mr. Benitez was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he waived extradition proceedings back to the State of Connecticut," the release said.
