NK Police Log: Drunk Man Disappears After Trying to Break Into Own Car

Car Payment Turned Assault 

William Jusino, 42, of 2 Machowsky Street, Apt. 2 in West Warwick was arrested Nov. 9 at 11:30 a.m. on charges of domestic disorderly conduct and a felony domestic assault charge – his third offense.

According to reports, Jusino assaulted an ex-girlfriend who showed up at Ziggy’s Auto Sales (his place of employment) to make a car payment. The victim alleged that Jusino pulled her out of her car and punched her in the back multiple times. According to Jusino, the woman was never at Ziggy’s that day and no assault had taken place.

EP Man Charged With Drunken Driving, Possession of Oxycodone

Sean Erin Sullivan, 44, of 47 Jay Street in East Providence was arrested Nov. 18 at 11:44 p.m. on charges of drunken driving, refusing to submit to a chemical test, driving in possession of a controlled substance and a felony charge of possession of narcotics.

Police pulled Sullivan over on Route 138 after reports of an intoxicated driver in the area. While talking with Sullivan, officers said that he appeared to be intoxicated and took several seconds to respond to police’s commands. According to reports, he admitted to drinking a “glass of Jameson.” During his field sobriety test, Sullivan reportedly had difficulty following commands and maintaining his balance and at one point said to one officer, “Can’t you just call someone for me or something?”

Officers stopped the test after Sullivan allegedly said, “I can’t do this.”

Police placed him under arrest for suspicion of drunken driving and, as they were securing his car for the tow truck, found Oxycodone pills wrapped in a gum wrapper.

Drunk Man Disappears After Trying to Break Into Own Car

Police responded to the parking lot of Seven Moons after receiving a call that a man was attempted to break into a car on Nov. 18 around 7:30 p.m. When an officer arrived, that the 44-year-old man was actually the owner of the car. According to reports, he was intoxicated and told the officer he had locked his keys in his car. He allegedly took a cinderblock he found on the side of the building and attempted to smash out his own window. Fortunately for him, the cinderblock broke apart and did not break the window. The officer told the man to wait by his car while he went back to his police cruiser, but when he returned to the area the man was gone.  He was not found in the restaurant, either.

Katelynn E. Smith, 19, of 6101 Post Rd., Unit 92 in North Kingstown was arrested Nov. 17 at 3:45 a.m. on charges of driving with a suspended license.

Carmen Julia Richardson, 44, of 59 Sunset Ave. in Providence was arrested Nov. 8 at 7:10 p.m. on charges of driving with a suspended license.

Courtney Jean Plummer, 35, of 75 Union Drive, Apt. D303 in North Kingstown was arrested Nov. 6 at 2:45 p.m. following a bench warrant for her arrest.

Denise Marion Jackson, 39, of 27 Longwood Ave. in Warwick was arrested Nov. 6 at 2:45 p.m. on charges of driving with a suspended license.
