A North Kingstown man awoke in the middle of the night on Apr. 3 to hear a man swearing loudly outside his home. When he looked out the window, he realized the man was no longer in the yard but in the complainant's car, shirtless, and going through a duffel bag of clothes he had left in the car.

Police arrived to find Barske inside his neighbor’s car, where police also found a “large amount of vomit” inside, missing one shoe. While officers patted down Barske, he began to yell obscenities, according to police.

Barske alleged he lived in the adjacent house from the complainant and couldn’t get inside because he didn’t have a key on him.

Police pulled over Carrillo and two of his passengers on Route 4 near exit 5 after allegedly clocking his black Ford Mustang at 78 mph in a 55-mph zone. During the stop, Carrillo alleged he did not have, nor ever had, a driver’s license. According to police, neither of his passengers had licenses either.

He is set to appear in Fourth District Court on Apr. 12.

As police followed Rees, she turned left onto Boone Street and immediately turned right toward the library, which was closed. Police followed her as she went around the driveway at the school and pulled into a parking space and then tried to exit the vehicle, according to reports.

After police asked Rees for her license, registration and proof of insurance, she handed an officer her Brown University identification card. According to Rees, she pulled into the library parking lot because she thought the officer was following her and didn’t realize it was a police cruiser.

She is set to appear in Fourth District Court on Apr. 12.

Gadrow allegedly assaulted a woman and threw over a dining room table, knocking over everything on top of it.  When police asked Gadrow to put his shoes on to leave the apartment, he allegedly threw his boots and became belligerent. Due to Gadrow’s behavior and resistance to handcuffs, police had to wait for a third officer to arrive to arrest him.
