When a guest tried to open the door for police, Shoener allegedly attempted to close the door. Police alleged the house had a “strong odor of burnt marijuana.” According to reports, there were “many plastic cups and bottles containing beer” scattered throughout the residence. After clearing the house, officers estimated that approximately 150 young adults exited the basement. Despite the large number of attendees, police were only able to secure a small number of identifications. According to officers, several people at the party were underage and appeared to be intoxicated.

Also at the house, police allegedly found several small plastic baggies filled with marijuana.
