CT Man Charged With Driving Without License
Bruce Gardiner, 51, of 2 Entrance Road in Milford, CT, was arrested June 6 at 9:55 p.m. on charges of driving with a suspended license. Police made the arrest after pulling Gardiner over for speeding on Quaker Lane. He was allegedly traveling 67 mph in a 35 mph zone. According to reports, Gardiner told officers his Connecticut driver’s license expired in 1992. In the interim, Gardiner had obtained a license in Florida, which expired in 2010. He is scheduled for arraignment in Third District Court on June 19.

Joshua Brett Thibodeau, 21, of Fischer Drive in North Kingstown, was arrested June 7 at 12:55 p.m. on charges of domestic assault, domestic disorderly conduct and domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone.
Thibodeau allegedly assaulted a 22-year-old woman following an argument about infidelity. According to reports, Thibodeau choked the woman, grabbed and tore apart a phone book and then threatened to hit the woman with the book. When the woman tried to call police, Thibodeau allegedly grabbed the phone from her. Thibodeau allegedly fled from the scene after the woman successfully phoned police.

Thibodeau allegedly called the woman during the investigation and told officers that the woman had assaulted him and he was only defending himself. Though he initially refused to come back to the apartment, he eventually returned and was arrested on assault charges.
Woman Arrested After Fight at Kingstown Bowl
Amber Maciorski, 19, of 20 Sweet Lane in North Kingstown, was arrested June 7 at 9:41 p.m. on charges of domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct.
Maciorski allegedly assaulted a man outside of , ripping his shirt off. According to Maciorski’s statements to police, the man lied about his whereabouts that night and was supposed to be visiting a family member in the hospital. Instead, she found him at the bowling alley, according to reports.
She is scheduled for arraignment in Third District Court on June 19.
Couple Arrested After Assault
Adrith Manuel Oyola, 28, of 354 Roosevelt Ave. in Pawtucket, was arrested June 7 at 10:30 p.m. on charges of assault and disorderly conduct. Jamie Lee Pelley, 29, of 1075 Old Baptist Road in North Kingstown, was also arrested and is charged with domestic assault and disorderly conduct.
Oyola allegedly assaulted his girlfriend’s father after the victim discovered his daughter had snuck Oyola into the home. According to reports, Oyola was not allowed to be in the house near the girlfriend’s children by order of DCYF. Pelley allegedly assaulted her father during the argument.
Oyola allegedly fled the scene before police arrived, but an officer found him shortly after walking down Old Baptist Road near Scrabbletown Road.
