NK Police Log: Woman Wanted on Warrant Refuses to Leave Bathroom

NH Woman Charged With Shoplifting

Emma Bailey, 21, of 26 Seminole Drive in Nashua, NH was arrested Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. on charges of shoplifting from Kohl’s.

According to reports, Bailey was seen taking merchandise into a fitting room at the store and exiting the room without the items. A Kohl’s employee confronted Bailey after she exited the store. She allegedly stole a purse, jeans and two bras, totaling $152. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance.

Warwick Man Caught on Charges of Writing Fake Checks 

Leonard V. Traficante, 35, of 14 Nekic Rd. in Warwick was arrested Feb. 13 at 10:15 p.m. on two counts of writing fraudulent checks.

Traficante was picked up by the Rhode Island State Police during a traffic stop, during which troopers discovered that he was wanted on a warrant from the North Kingstown Police Department.

Woman Wanted on Warrant Refuses to Leave Bathroom 

Nakiesha Marie Morales, 28, of 405 Boston Neck. Rd. in North Kingstown was arrested Feb. 15 at 3:17 a.m. following a bench warrant for his arrest.

While driving a Erwin Robinson home after his arrest (see below), police discovered his roommate (Morales) was wanted on an arrest warrant. According to reports, Robinson allowed police into the residence. Once inside, Morales allegedly locked herself in the bathroom and refused to come out, telling police that she was not clothed. After several minutes of talking to her through the door, Morales left the bathroom – fully clothed.

Erwin Hamilton Robinson, 45, of 405 Boston Neck. Rd. in North Kingstown was arrested Feb. 15 at 1:42 a.m. on charges of driving with a suspended license.
