Kilgore allegedly threw a piece of asphalt through a neighbor’s garage door window, breaking the window and damaging the man’s vintage BMW motorcycle. The man told police it cost him $80 to fix the window and another $575 to repair the damage to his motorcycle. According to reports, the man saw Kilgore standing at the end of the driveway right after the alleged vandalism. Kilgore allegedly told the man he had caused the damage and that he didn’t mean to break the window. The victim also told police that Kilgore has vandalized his home before, breaking two windows which were reportedly paid for by Kilgore’s mother.

Police found Kilgore nearby Wickford Elementary School and took him into custody. While searching him, officers allegedly found three credit cards belonging to a 78-year-old woman. Kilgore told police that the cards belonged to his mother. (Police noted that the name on the credit card did not match Kilgore’s mother’s name.) Officers believe that Kilgore stole the credit cards from the woman while she was at the library, according to reports.
