Once in his driveway, Feuti allegedly began to curse at the officer and purport that the police could not take action against him as he was on his property. According to the officer, Feuti continued to swear at the officer and maintain a “threatening stance” after the officer told him he was under arrest. While refusing arrest, the officer pepper-sprayed Feuti, which seemingly had no effect on the 41-year-old man. Feuti then allegedly shoved the officer and continued to resist arrest, prompting the officer to Taser him, finally enabling him to place Feuti under arrest.
