North Kingstown Man Wanted In Massachusetts Apprehended: Cops
The North Kingstown man waived extradition, police said.
NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A North Kingstown man wanted in Massachusetts was apprehended, police said.
Jason Dupuis, 49, was arrested Wednesday by the Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions Investigations Unit, the state police said in a media release.
Dupuis was a fugitive from justice, according to the release.

"Mr. Dupuis was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he waived extradition proceedings and was remanded into the custody of the Sheriff's Department pending his return to Massachusetts," the release said.
