Combining an acute business acumen and a common sense approach to marketing, the TRS Strategies Business Bootcamp is just the tool you need to step outside of WHAT you do, figure out WHY you do it, and then create a plan of action to bridge the gap to success for your product or service!

Tuni will lead this strategic workshop, facilitating the free exchange of ideas to spark innovation in your business. As entrepreneurs, we are constantly quantifying and testing what we think is the best strategy to grow our businesses. Participants will engage in a collaborative work session to reinvigorate and reevaluate their business strategies. Together, they will:

• identify short and long term objectives

• acknowledge what they’ve done

• help validate what is working and honestly assess what is not

• create ideas together that will take their businesses to the next level

• learn how to develop and implement a comprehensive action plan for their businesses, no matter how small the budget

TRS Strategies is a business development firm that was founded in January of 2013 by Tuni Renaud Schartner. TRS helps businesses grow from the inside out and the outside in by taking a high level look at the business, project, event, etc…then creating an easy to execute (thus succeed at) plan of action. TRS works with RI based companies, assisting with growth development and execution through a series of services from facilitating on or off site planning sessions to coaching to retainer based work.
