Wickford Yacht Club invites members and guests to a program featuring Proctor-In-Admiralty, John K. Fulweiler.
John is a Rhode Island based maritime lawyer. His practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals in maritime disputes, in and out of court, as well as arbitration and agency proceedings. John draws on his practical experience in representing litigants in maritime personal injury suits, cargo damage claims, salvage claims, and many other aspects of admiralty law. His advocacy has garnered attention in such publications as Soundings, Workboat Magazine, Tradewinds and the New York Times. In this presentation, John will focus on Salvage situations, but will be available to discuss any admiralty situations.
The presentation will begin at 7:30pm, on March 12th, following a meet-and-greet social period starting at 7pm. The program will be at Wickford Yacht Club, 165 Pleasant Street. There is no charge to attend.
