WBCA hosts annual Walk for West Bay and Friendship Tournament

At the Walk for West Bay, nearly 200 West Bay students from Preschool - Grade 8 will walk around the Academy’s 5-acre campus and enjoy games and activities throughout the afternoon. Earlier this year, students sent letters to parents, relatives, friends, coaches, and neighbors asking for their support as they raise funds to maintain West Bay as an excellent and affordable private school. The event grosses over $15,000 annually and is the school’s biggest fundraiser. Learn more about the Walk for West Bay here.

At the 6th Annual Friendship Soccer Tournament, eight teams from around Rhode Island will compete in a double-elimination competition. The event is open to the public and food, drinks, and snacks will be available at the concession stand. The tournament takes place at 8am on Saturday, October 25 at 475 School Street
