Rhode Island CVS Hosting Soccer Block Party During World Cup

North Smithfield, RI — A Rhode Island CVS is one of 30 across the country hosting a soccer block party during the World Cup.

The parking lot of the CVS on Eddie Dowling Highway "will serve as family-friendly interactive and one-stop-shop hubs offering competitive fan zones and match day essentials for international soccer fans," according to a media release.

"The Soccer Block Parties will feature mini soccer skills training stations, tote bags featuring CVS essentials, product samplings, and more," the release said, noting CVS is an Official Health and Wellness Partner of U.S. Soccer and the National Women’s Soccer League.

The soccer block party is Friday, June 19, from 3-6 p.m.
