North Smithfield Woman Charged With Larceny And Bank Fraud: Cops

NORTH SMITHFIELD, RI — A North Smithfield woman was charged with larceny and bank fraud, police said.

Ziyha Briggs, 20, surrendered to the law shortly before 9 a.m. Wednesday and was arrested on a warrant, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

"Briggs was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment where she was be presented as a bail violator," the release said.
