Woonsocket Woman Charged With Possessing Cocaine: Cops
The Woonsocket woman was also charged with obstruction, police said.
NORTH SMITHFIELD, RI — A Woonsocket woman was charged with possessing cocaine and obstruction, police said.
Shayna Viens, 36, was arrested shortly after 9 p.m. Friday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
"This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the North Smithfield Police Department locating the subject," the release said.

Viens was processed at state police headquarters, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a court date, according to police.
