PAWTUCKET, RI — A Boston woman eluded the law but was later pinched by the Pawtucket Police, according to the Rhode Island State Police.
Acssana Galvao, 27, was arrested about 9:15 a.m. Sunday on a charge of reckless driving — eluding law enforcement in a high-speed pursuit, the state police said in a media release.
"The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the subject being located by the Pawtucket Police Department," the release said.
Galvao was released at The Miriam Hospital in Providence with an arraignment date, according to police.
