'Disturbance' On Main Street In Pawtucket Lands 2 Men In Trouble With Law: Cops
State troopers investigated the disturbance, police said.
PAWTUCKET, RI — A "Disturbance" on Main Street in Pawtucket led to the arrests of two men Tuesday evening, police said.
Carlos Lopes, 34, and Dan Otieno, 50, were arrested shortly after 6:30 p.m. on charges of obstruction of an officer in the execution of duty and disorderly conduct, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Otieno, a resident of Central Falls, was also arrested on a charge of arresting arrest, according to the release.

Both Otieno and Lopez, a resident of Providence, were processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a court date, according to police.
