City leaders say the new festival expands the Pawtucket Arts Festival while honoring a beloved local landmark.

Whitehouse & Reed Deliver $3 Million to Upgrade Pawtucket Housing Authority High-Rise Elevators (senate.gov) — Hundreds of Pawtucket seniors and residents with disabilities at Fogarty and Kennedy Manors are getting safer, more reliable elevators thanks to over $3 million in federal funding. Senators Whitehouse and Reed joined Mayor Grebien to announce the upgrades, which will modernize four failing elevators, protect more than 400 affordable units, and improve daily access for people with mobility challenges.
