Massachusetts Woman Charged With DUI In Providence: Police

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Massachusetts woman was arrested on a driving under the influence charge in Providence, police said.

Katherine Guerrero, 45, was pulled over and arrested on Henrietta Street about 2:30 a.m. Saturday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Guerrero was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, the release said.

Guerrero was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and "released into the custody of a responsible adult," according to police.
