Providence Bank Fraudster Captured: Cops
The state police say they worked with the North Providence police and the attorney general's office to make the arrest.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence bank fraudster was captured, police said.
Vianney Soto, 20, was arrested about 11:20 a.m. Tuesday on charges of bank fraud and obtaining money or property by false pretense or personation, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
"This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation, and assisting the North Providence Police Department and Rhode Island Attorney General's Office," the release said.

Soto was processed and provided a Third Division District Court date, according to the release.
