Providence Man Charged With Failing To Register As A Sex Offender: Cops
The Providence man was pulled over and arrested on Broad Street, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man was charged with failing to register as a sex offender, police said.
Luis Padilla, 53, was pulled over on Broad Street in Providence shortly after midnight Wednesday and arrested on a warrant, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
"Padilla was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Providence Police Department," the release said.
