Providence Man Delivered Fentanyl To Minor: Cops
The Providence man was arrested by the Special Victims Unit, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man delivered fentanyl to a minor, police said.
Richard Toles, 58, was arrested Tuesday and charged with delivery of a controlled substance to a minor, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Toles was arrested by the state police Special Victims Unit, according to the release.
