Providence Man Wanted On Assault And Disorderly Conduct Charges Captured: Cops
The Providence Man was turned over to the Providence Police Department, the state police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man wanted on assault and disorderly conduct charges was captured, police said.
Edifer Batista Nunez, 33, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with felony assault and disorderly conduct, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
The charges stemmed from a Providence Police Department case, according to the release.

"Mr. Nunez was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Providence Police Department," the release said.
