Brookdale Sakonnet Bay is a Continuuing Care Retirement Community located on the site of the former Coachmen Restaurant. We offer several levels of care, including Independent, Assisted and Memory Care, as well a Skilled Nursing Unit. We conveniently located in Tiverton, RI just off Route 24 between Fall River, MA and Portsmouth RI, overlooking the picturesque Sakonnet River & Mount Hope Bridge. Our Community is approximately 30 minutes from Providence and 45 minutes from Boston.
