“Look, Listen, Leap into Art!” is an after school program of art/literacy workshops held at elementary schools in Tiverton. This series of workshops gives children the opportunity to look closely at different styles of art used by great illustrators in some of the best picture books created for children. Originally presented in 2006 in connection with Arts Express this series is now connected with the Sakonnet Arts Network. In 2010 this art/literacy series was presented to first and second graders at Pocasset and Fort Barton schools. In February and March of 2011 this series is being presented at Ranger School.
