Governor Lincoln D. Chafee and the Four Corners Arts Center invite the public to the unveiling of a new sculpture, "Rebirth (Woman of Peace" by internationally known artist Mimi Sammis. This coincides with the one-year anniversary of the theft and desecration of Sammis' sculpture "Embrace of Life."
