Yoga 101 Beginner Series at Nanaquaket Yoga in Tiverton
This series is an entry-point for students who are brand-new to yoga or for experienced yogis who want to spend more time on the foundations

Beginner Yoga 101 Series
Wednesdays at 7pm at Nanaquaket Yoga Studio in Tiverton.
This is a progressive series where the fundamentals are learned in a safe and fun environment. Upon completion each student will be able to unroll their mat in most yoga classes and know what to expect without being completely lost.
Objectives:
To create a strong foundation with the physical practice

To introduce breath awareness and techniques
To dispel any myths common to everyday people

To make new friends and create community
What is NOT required:
