2. DOT says a 'road diet' will trim Warwick traffic jams. Residents unsure. She faces charges including reckless driving and eluding law enforcement and was arraigned and released with a future court date. In a separate case, a Johnston resident was charged in an alleged public assistance fraud investigation.
