Warwick Man Surrenders To State Police, Arrested On Sexual Assault Charge: Cops
The man was arrested following a walk-in barracks investigation, police said.
WARWICK, RI — A Warwick man was arrested on a sexual assault charge, police said.
Gregory Case, 35, surrendered at the Rhode Island State Police Wickford Barracks and was arrested on a charge of second-degree sexual assault about 5:15 p.m. Sunday, the state police said in a media release.
Case was processed, arraigned and released with a court date, according to police.
