WOONSOCKET, RI — A Woonsocket woman was charged with obstructing an officer in the execution of his duty, police said.
Brunilda Johnson, 57, was arrested about 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
"The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by members of the Special Victims Unit," the release said.
Johnson was processed at state police headquarters and taken to Third Division District Court for an arraignment, according to the release.
