Another Weekend of Snow for Woonsocket
Light snow is in the forecast for Woonsocket Saturday and we're more than a week into spring.
We’re already a week into spring—but this is New England so it should come as no surprise that more snow is on the way.
A little less than an inch of snow will cover the region Saturday. Parts of the coast could get as much as 3 inches.

Here’s the Woonsocket forecast:
- Friday: Rain showers are likely before 3 a.m. Cloudy, with a low around 32 degrees. Less than half an inch of snow accumulation expected.
- Saturday: Snow showers. High of 37. About 1 to 3 inches of snow accumulation is expected.
- Saturday night: Snow showers are likely before 1 a.m. Low of 22. Less than one inch of snow accumulation is expected.
- Sunday: Sunny, with a high of 40.
It will be the 10th straight weekend of snow in the Boston area, NWS reports.
