Often I'm out there asking for help with cleaning up our city and I don't get anyone to respond. This morning as I was out and about, I went by Manville Road and I was around Park Avenue and the streets are filthy with trash. Is this what you want your city to look like?? There is an organization in W. Warwick who stepped up to the plate because their city just doesn't have the manpower like us and they get together every week to clean their city. Why can't this city do the same thing???? Everywhere I ride in this city it's littered!! Can't stand the way this city looks and I'm ashamed. Where are the "no litter signs" and the "fines" that other cities have? Why aren't we doing something??? We can be a poor city but why does it have to look like a dump???
