Washington Post Spotlights Woonsocket: Food Stamp Town

The Washington Post ran an article, see link below, that focuses on the SNAP dependence of Woonsocket residents and businesses.   As you can imagine it is not very complimentary and certainly not the type of article that either City Hall or the Chamber of Commerce would reprint and give to prospective residents or businesses seeking to relocate.

Where is the sense of community pride?
