Finally Friday: Wrestling, Sunny Weather, Prepare For the Primary

Wrestling - Tonight at 6 p.m., Showcase Pro Wrestling hosts the Slamming Summer Tour at 126 Main St., an all-age, handicapped accessible event. Tickets are $6.

Weather - Today will  be partly sunny and 82 degrees. 

Register to vote - Oct. 7 is the deadline to register to vote for the Nov. 6 election, and Oct. 16 is the deadline to request a mail-in ballot. The deadline to register to vote in the Sept. 11 primary has passed, but if you were already registered, you're OK. If you're an unaffiliated voter, you can vote in either the Republican or Democratic primary - just ask the poll worker to to dis-affiliate you on the way out after to return to independent status. This election season voters will also be required to show a voter ID.
