Release: Hardy Outlines Priorities for School Committee
School Committee candidate Jeffrey Hardy explains what he would like to accomplish if elected on Nov. 8.

My name is Jeffrey Hardy and I am running for School Committee. Here is a list of things I would like to accomplish if elected.
- Review the mandates that are in place and see which ones we can challenge, especially the ones made without state funding to back them up.
- Meet with teachers and principals to hear from them what they feel needs to be worked on.
- Meet with State representatives to start working on communications and meeting dates.
- Try to start up a program that will get children from the high school to be more involved in the community by attending school committee meetings. The children in the 11th and 12th grade should be telling us what they see first hand, and what they feel is working or what needs to be changed.

The reason I am running is to try to bring back what I feel politics should be, for the people, not for personal gain. I am a taxpayer that is tired of higher taxes and less services. Please consider voting for me on Election Day, November 8th.
