Suspected Crack Dealers Arrested

An executed search warrant Wednesday morning led to the arrest of two suspected crack cocaine distributors.

Ashley Paquette, 28, and 27-year-old Angel Paneto Rivera, were arrested at about 5:30 a.m., according to a press release.

Members of the city police’s vice unit and special response team conducted a search of the third floor front apartment of 68 Cote Ave. An undisclosed amount of crack cocaine was located.

The pair were targets of a month-long investigation into the crack cocaine distribution business they were operating from the searched apartment.

Paquette and Rivera were taken into custody and charged with manufacturing, possession, with intent to deliver crack cocaine, maintaining a narcotics nuisance, and distributing/manufacturing crack cocaine within 300 feet of Cass Park.
