Illinois man faces attempted murder charge after Bluffton hotel shooting (islandpacket.com) — Beaufort County deputies arrested a 19-year-old Illinois man after a Sunday night shooting at Bluffton's Holiday Inn left another man with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was quickly located nearby, charged with attempted murder, and is now being held at the Beaufort County Detention Center as the investigation continues.
