The game at District 2 Stadium showcased Blythewood's offensive firepower but also costly penalties and a decisive fourth quarter where Lexington controlled the clock and sealed the win. 
• SC Water Utilities expands service territory to support Scout Motors facility (thecaycewestcolumbianews.com) — A major wastewater service expansion has been approved to support the new Scout Motors manufacturing plant at Blythewood Industrial Park, paving the way for thousands of potential jobs and long-term growth. The agreement between South Carolina Water Utilities, Richland County, and Columbia aims to coordinate infrastructure so Blythewood-area development can move forward without service conflicts or disruptions.
