This workshop is part of our continuing education series on teaching women personal protection strategies and self defense techniques.

1 in 6 women will be sexually assaulted during their life time! South Carolina is ranked 6th in the nation for domestic violence!
South Carolina is ranked 2nd in the nation for women being murdered!in 4 women will be assaulted at one point in their lives!

I am passionate about helping women understand they have a choice in their personal protection.
BUT, it is up to you to take the first step and learn how to defend yourself!
I am once again offering a personal protection workshop on Wednesday, June 26th at 7pm. During this seminar, we will cover anti-abduction strategies including how to escape from being duct taped or zip tied.
It will run approximately 60 minutes.
