Bullying....it's that dirty word that no one wants to talk about. It is predicted that 1/3 of all children will experience bullying by the time they reach high school. I believe these statistics are way understated because so many kids feel helpless and tell no one. While our local schools have strict anti-bullying policies, unfortunately, they don't have the resources to give our children the tools to learn how to stand up to bullies.
And fighting is not the best option, since many victims end up getting suspended as well as the bully.
Since opening my own karate school, I have successfully taught hundreds of children learn how to stand up to bullies using non violent strategies.

Why?
Because I was bullied when I was a child and I am on a mission to help as many children as possible and give them the tools to stand up against the bully.
