Firebirds Awarded TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence

Thirty-six Firebirds Wood Fired Grill restaurants nationwide have received the prestigious 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. Additionally, Firebirds’ Niles, Ohio, and Bartlett, Tenn., locations are each now TripAdvisor’s No. 1 restaurant for their respective markets. Firebirds’ West Des Moines location, which opened late 2015, qualified for and received the 2017 Certificate of Excellence after being open for only a year and a half.

According to TripAdvisor, the Certificate of Excellence honors select accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently demonstrate a commitment to hospitality excellence. To qualify, a restaurant must be listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months, maintain a four out of five TripAdvisor bubble rating and rack up a minimum number of reviews.
