• HVAC Program Prepares Students for In-Demand Careers (thelakemurraynews.net) — Students in Irmo can now train for well-paying HVAC careers through The Center for Advanced Technical Studies' two-year program, which offers hands-on work with real equipment and industry-recognized certifications. Open to School District Five high schoolers, the pathway builds from basic safety and tools to advanced residential and light commercial systems, helping graduates step directly into jobs, apprenticeships, or further technical education.
