• District Five, Midlands Tech Launch Dual Enrollment Pathway (thelakemurraynews.net) — Students in Irmo's Lexington-Richland School District Five can now earn a tuition-free associate degree while finishing high school through a new dual enrollment pathway with Midlands Technical College's Harbison Campus. The program, launched in Irmo with 15 students this year, lets teens start college courses as early as sophomore year, potentially saving families up to $30,000 in tuition and giving motivated students a major head start.
