Planning Commission Approves Medical Building Plans at Parkridge

The City of Columbia Planning Commission approved Palmetto Health's plans to build a medical building on its Parkridge campus at a meeting on Monday.

Palmetto Health's plans for a new medical building near Irmo was recently approved by the City of Columbia Planning Commission.

The 80,000-square-foot building will be located next to the Palmetto Health Baptist Parkridge hospital now under construction on the Parkridge campus at Lake Murray Boulevard and Interstate 26, according to Columbia Regional Business Report. 

The new four-story facility will be called the Ambulatory Services Building.
