Lexington County Sheriff James R. Metts on Tuesday said John Steven Lee, 31, of 324 Venice Court, Gaston, has been arrested on a charge of conspiring to obtain Oxycodone, a prescription painkiller, with a fraudulent prescription.
Lee is allegedly part of a suspected drug ring operating out of Lexington.
Lee has since been released from the Lexington County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
Meanwhile, said Metts, Ashley Michelle Buff, 28, of 324 Venice Court, Gaston, remains wanted on a charge of conspiring to obtain Oxycodone with a fraudulent prescription. Buff is 5 feet 7 inches and weighs 140 pounds. Buff has brown hair and brown eyes (see photo at right).
