The next “Library Series” Open Mic and Feature Presents with Café Chartier will be October 25, 2012 with the return of singer/songwriter Christopher Branch. We will meet at 6:00 PM with the Open Mic beginning at 7:00. Join us to relax with a meal, dessert or coffee, meet the evening's feature, then treat yourself to listen to local musicians, poets, and storytellers. Christopher Branch will perform from his repertoire towards the end of the evening.
Christopher Branch is a Carolina born-and-raised singer/songwriter who keeps in touch with his blue-collar roots while exploring many different genres of music through his records and live shows. After fronting bands for several years, Christopher has followed the solo route and has enjoyed much success. With three solo albums under his belt, he is venturing out into new territories on the new record, "Stories and Lies". He has toured the Southeast extensively over the years and has built a loyal and diverse fanbase. He has been featured at listening rooms, theaters, churches, and almost any other venue you could imagine.Christopher currently resides in Walhalla, SC with his wife, Keri Rose, and their two dogs, Bijou and Tilly
